Brushy Creek Lake Park is a set around a 38-acre lake featuring hike and bike trails, a splash pad, a playground, an exercise station, picnic tables, barbecue grills, three pavilions, a fishing pier, sand volleyball courts, canoe/kayak launch, wildlife view areas, restrooms, and ample parking. This park offers the vibe of downtown's Lady Bird Lake without the traffic headache of driving into downtown Austin. Serving as an anchor to the Brushy Creek Regional Trail, Brushy Creek Lake Park connects to other parks (like Champion Park and Olsen Park) and is a great place to start off on your hike or bike ride.

Hours: Half hour before sunrise until 10 pm daily. The water playscape operates from 9 am to 7 pm, and is open from May through August daily and September for weekends only.

This park includes amenities such as picnic tables, grills, horseshoes, a basketball court, a memorial garden, two playscapes and swing sets, a water fountain, and pavilion.

This is an off-leash space for dogs and owners with a natural dog pond on 5 acres. Located in Veterans Memorial Park, this dog park features benches, drinking fountains, dog showers, and pet waste stations.

The Cedar Rock Railroad travels through the wildlife and forest areas of Southwest Williamson County Regional Park for a relaxing one and a half-mile ride and experience.

The sculpture garden features pieces on an annual rotating display.

Champion Park offers a covered children’s play area with replicas of dinosaur bones for children to play with and boulders for climbing. A bridge crossing Brushy Creek allows for easy access from the Avery Ranch neighborhood.

This area is features caves and natural caverns, as well as parks and greenbelt access. The caves are sealed and inaccessible, but the park is open to the public for hiking. Visitors can learn about the caverns from the signs posted along the greenbelt.

Elizabeth Milburn Community Park consists of 42.4 acres and offers amenities such as baseball backstops, community garden, recreational BMX track, rock climbing wall, soccer fields, tennis and sand volleyball courts, swimming pool, washer pits, and a 4/10 mile veloway.

Garey Park is a 525-acre park donated to the city of Georgetown by the Garey family. It is roughly one and a half times the size of Zilker Park in downtown Austin. Garey Park is Georgetown's flagship park and features a variety of outdoor recreation activities including a playground, splash pad, dog park, equestrian area, fishing ponds, event center, pavilions, picnic shelters, and more than 7 miles of hiking and equestrian trails.

Heritage Oak Park is a 1-acre park containing Cedar Park’s beloved 400-year-old oak tree, according to the Williamson County Historical Association’s website. This tree stands a lofty 57 feet tall with a spread of 8 feet. See it illuminated with thousands of lights for the holiday season in December!

This park includes 54 acres and trails for hiking/walking/jogging/biking and a huge green space. The park has a spring-fed stream and two wildflower areas.

This 7.5-acre park is also known as the area “duck pond park” and is located along the Williamson County Regional Trail System. Visitors can also fish in the pond as well.

Southwest Williamson County Regional Park is an 800-acre park that offers 11 soccer fields, two softball fields, eight tennis courts, six basketball courts, a disc golf course, splash pad, and a playscape. There is also a hike and bike trail or you can take a ride on the Cedar Rock Railroad miniature train.

Twin Lakes Park offers pavilions, a swimming pool, multi-purpose sports fields, an archery range, a beach/swimming area, sand volleyball courts, ropes course, outdoor education area, restrooms, and parking. Twin Lakes is a 50-acre tract of land that is operated and maintained by the YMCA of Greater Williamson County.

Amenities at Veterans Memorial Park include: 8,500-square-foot outdoor family aquatic facility pool; 15-acre dog park with pond; rentable amphitheater and group pavilion; community garden; basketball and tennis courts; sports practice fields.
