Firestone’s Market is Downtown Frederick’s neighborhood gourmet market and sandwich shop. They have a mouth-watering menu of sandwiches and paninis, daily soup specials made in-house, fresh baguettes, and seasonal salads. Gambrill Mountain Food Co. began as a local food truck, but, as their popularity grew, they opened a grounded location in Downtown Frederick. The Gambrill Mountain menu is full of surprises, having a little bit of everything from Spanish octopus to steak frites to a Philly cheesesteak and Bahn Mi. Although their selection is difficult – nay impossible – to categorize, that does not make their foods any less delicious and their serving sizes any less jaw-dropping.
