Three Historic Towns
One Short Drive
Conroe
Head east on 105 and you'll go straight into the heart of downtown Conroe, a classic, historical fixture built around the Montgomery County courthouse. Stroll the picturesque streets and you'll find local flavors, unique shops and plenty of nightlife to help you slow down and savor life.
Montgomery
Travel in the opposite direction on 105 and you'll be in Montgomery. This small town, located at the junction of 149 and 105, is rich in Texas history. It's one of the oldest towns in Texas and is the birthplace of the Texas flag. Beautiful parks, local shops, and casual or upscale dining options will keep you coming back.
Huntsville
Go north on Interstate 45 and you'll come to Huntsville, home to Sam Houston State University. Huntsville is larger than Conroe and Montgomery, but the downtown area maintains the same quaint charm with walkable streets, boutique shops and lively nightlife most days of the week.
