Their entire production is put into 5-gallon stainless steel kegs and perfectly preserved in an anaerobic environment, just like at the winery, until they draw it out of their tap system in the tasting room. Customers are able to take their wines home in 1-liter flip-top bottles that are designed to be used again and again. There is no waste in their entire system!

Today, they welcome both new and seasoned wine enthusiasts to join them for their Estate Tasting Flight from the comfort of the tasting room that’s located in their 1850 homestead or for a wine-indulged picnic on their sprawling grounds. They are eager to meet new residents, and they hope to see you shortly for a tasting, a music and food truck-filled Friday night or at one of their many concerts.
