Acheson Wine Company

Acheson Wine Company makes wine, but they are unique in that they do not put their wines into traditional bottles with labels, corks and capsules. Their entire production is put into 5-gallon stainless steel kegs and perfectly preserved in an anaerobic environment, just like at the winery, until they draw it out of their tap system in the tasting room. Customers are able to take their wines home in 1-liter flip-top bottles that are designed to be used again and again. There is no waste in their entire system!

Bailarín Cellars

This Sonoma County winery has had its tasting room in Downtown Sacramento since 2014. They offer a premier wine tasting experience without the drive. They offer tasting flights, wines by the glass, bottle sales, artisan cheese and chocolate pairings and other small bites.

Heringer Estates

The Heringer family has been members of the Clarksburg community since 1868, and they bring 100% certified sustainable, estate-grown wines to the community. Through seven generations, the family has farmed various row crops, such as alfalfa, corn, sugar beets and tomatoes, and in the 1970s they planted their first vineyard. Enjoy wine tastings and more at their family vineyard and winery.

Old Sugar Mill

Originally built in 1934 as an operating beet refinery, the Old Sugar Mill now hosts 14 unique wineries offering varieties from all over Northern California. This is a great spot for a large or small group to spend the whole day. There is something for everyone!

McConnell Estates

10686 W. Stockton Blvd., Elk Grove

Over 150 years ago, the McConnell family was also new to the area. Looking to put down roots, they put their boots on, picked up their shovels and planted their estate’s vineyard, just 29 minutes south of Downtown Elk Grove. Seeking to grow, they relied on family and the support of enthusiastic locals as they established their winery. Today, they welcome both new and seasoned wine enthusiasts to join them for their Estate Tasting Flight from the comfort of the tasting room that’s located in their 1850 homestead or for a wine-indulged picnic on their sprawling grounds. They are eager to meet new residents, and they hope to see you shortly for a tasting, a music and food truck-filled Friday night or at one of their many concerts. Valensin Vineyard & Winery

Valensin Vineyard & Winery was established in 2002 and combines stunning views, exemplary service, 11 acres of grapes and an excellent collection of wines to complete this one-of-a-kind experience. The vineyard surrounds a beautiful and serene, 15-acre water ski lake, which helps control the climate and provides a beautiful backdrop for photos.

Voluptuary & Lucid Winery and Tasting Room

Their wine shop features over 125 natural wines from many places around the world, and their market space offers specialty goods. 

Ro Sham Beaux

Ro Sham Beaux is a small, intimate space to enjoy natural wine and specialty food. They have a wine list of 10 to 12 wines, all at different price points, including a deal of the week, and do not skip on the food menu. Their brie grilled cheese with honey, thyme and marcona almonds on sourdough is not to be missed. They may be small, but they have everything you need to relax on their patio with a glass of wine.
