Sweet Pea’s Bite Of Bozeman

Always the Wednesday preceding the weekend festival from 6-8 pm on historic Main Street in Downtown Bozeman. Enjoy the food and drink offerings of over 40 area restaurants and food vendors. There are bands and entertainment on every corner, food choices galore, and the fun of dining among friends in the middle of Main Street. Visit www.sweetpeafestival.org events for more information.

The Streamline Farmstand

Every Friday, 4-7 pm
Come check out the farm, pick up your favorite fresh fruits and veggies, and learn how we grow hydroponically all year long with demo systems on display. Free beer (21+)!
We’ll be selling all of the Streamline favorites like heirloom tomatoes, crisp living lettuce, glistening bell peppers, nutrient packed micro-greens and assorted apparel to show off your Streamline support! 

Music On Main

The Downtown Bozeman Association is proud to present the 20th Annual Music on Main summer concert series this summer in Downtown Bozeman. Music on Main won’t look like it has in past summers, but we’re determined to keep the tradition alive. So, this year, we’re coming at you live from the Rialto Theater in Downtown Bozeman and available to the public through Facebook Live @DowntownBozeman, and we want you there!

In keeping with the original 2020 Music on Main dates through July, we will stream live on Facebook @DowntownBozeman from 7 pm to 8:30 pm EVERY Thursday, July 2 through July 30, for five weeks. And, we’re encouraging all of our Music on Main fans to watch it from their favorite Downtown Bozeman restaurant and bar locations, at home, while camping, or anywhere there’s a little room (about 6 feet) to dance your socks off!

Art Walks

2020 Art Walks (August 14, September 11) – TBA
Art Walks generally occur on the second Friday of the month, June through September, and a special “Winter” Art Walk in December from 6 to 8 pm at art galleries and businesses displaying artwork located along Main Street, and at the Emerson Center for Arts and Culture. The galleries feature artists’ openings, receptions with some providing hors d’oeuvres and complimentary refreshments. Keep an eye out for local musicians playing music as your stroll the Art Walks on Main Street in Downtown Bozeman. 

The Big Sky Country State Fair (Gallatin County)
Experience a traditional western fair.  The Big Sky Country State Fair (Gallatin County) celebrates our Montana lifestyle with music, livestock, special entertainment, children's activities, competitive exhibits, carnival, food, agriculture education, class exhibits, 4-H exhibits and animals, rodeo, mud bog and dog contests and more. Warrior Taste Fest
Gallatin County Fairgrounds – Haynes Pavillion
July 31
Warrior Taste Fest is a tasting of some of the best restaurants, breweries, distilleries, and wineries in the area. This event benefiting Warriors and Quiet Waters Foundation will be held at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds in Bozeman, MT on Friday, July 31, 2020, from 6-10 pm.
Doors open at 6 pm, and the live auction starts at 8 pm.

Chalk On The Walk

August 4
Decorate the sidewalks of downtown Bozeman in celebration of the Sweet Pea Festival! Create your artistic statement on Main Street between Grand and Broadway. Visit www.sweetpeafestival.org for chalk distribution locations and more information. Decorate all day!

Bozeman Stampede Rodeo
The Bozeman Stampede is a nonprofit rodeo that was started in 2010 by a handful of Bozemanites with the intention of bringing back a sanctioned rodeo to Bozeman for the first time in over 50 years.  Their goals: provide a fun community event that would benefit Bozeman business and community both culturally and economically, while raising money for quality local agricultural groups and organizations. The rodeo is sanctioned under the PRCA. Sweet Pea Parade And Runs
August 8
Kick off your festival weekend early in the morning by participating in the Sweet Pea Run (5 and 10K options), or at 10 am run alongside your child in the Children’s Run that leads Montana’s biggest and best parade down Main Street to the festival in Lindley Park.  Visit www.sweetpeafestival.org for more information.

Seventh Annual BAHA Golf Tournament Fundraiser

All proceeds of the golf tournament will go directly into BAHA's Youth Scholarship Fund, supporting our mission to provide affordable hockey to every child, regardless of their financial situation.

Cruisin’ On Main Car Show
Downtown Bozeman
August 16
The Downtown Bozeman Association and the Cancer Support Community along with our gracious sponsors below present the 20th annual “Cruisin’ on Main” Car Show on Sunday, August 16. The show will run from 9 am to 3 pm, and is located on Main Street between Willson and Rouse Avenues in Downtown Bozeman.
First, on Saturday evening, August 15, join us for our Pre-Packet Pick-Up and Main Street Cruise from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at the Rocking R Bar. Don’t forget to take a cruise down Main Street to show off your coooool ride before or after you register! Then, on Sunday morning, August 16, we will close down Main Street to make room for hundreds of cars, trucks and motorcycles. Same-Day Registration begins at 8 am at the intersection of Black Avenue and Main Street.

Gallatin Valley YMCA 5K Race 
Starts and finishes on Main Street (Grand Avenue and Main Street)
September 12
The YMCA 5K welcomes everyone regardless of pace and age. The course takes you on a 3.1-mile tour of the downtown Bozeman area. This 5K promises to be a fun one for both locals and those traveling from out of town to attend our other weekend events. Plus, as an added bonus, all proceeds benefit the Gallatin Valley YMCA!

Bozeman Marathon
September 13
The Marathon and Half Marathon courses run though beautiful Gallatin Gateway Valley crossing over rivers, running by farms with the Bridger Mountain range in the back drop.  The end of the race will finish in historic Downtown Bozeman, Montana.  There will be refreshments, live music and awards that will take place at the finish area at the conclusion of the race. Fortieth Annual Christmas Stroll
December 5
Be a part of Downtown Bozeman’s greatest holiday tradition … the Christmas Stroll. Always on the first Saturday in December, come downtown to officially kick off the holiday season! First, Santa Claus works his way from the Emerson Cultural Center down Main Street, singing Christmas carols and lighting the downtown holiday lights with more than 5,000 people in tow to help get people into the holiday spirit. Then enjoy horse-drawn wagon rides, pictures with Santa Claus, entertainment, holiday treats and much more! The fun lasts until 7:30 pm. Buttons will be available for purchase after Thanksgiving at various Bozeman locations. The full schedule of events will be available online at www.bozemandailychronicle.com or as a printed publication inserted into the daily paper on the Friday prior.

Twenty-fourth Annual Bozeman Ice Festival
December 9
The 24th annual Bozeman Ice Festival is a wonderful annual event in Bozeman, MT, that shares the love of Hyalite ice climbing with climbers from around the globe. It includes evening shows, films and gear raffles and the amazing UIAA North American Ice Climbing Championships at the Emerson Cultural Center, downtown Bozeman! 2019 was the biggest and best festival yet, continue to share Hyalite Canyon and the amazing sport of ice climbing with the community and the world in 2020!
